The contact form
When you send a note, your name, email, institution, role and message are delivered to elizabeth@claydowns.com by the site's hosting provider and stored in the provider's form inbox. They are used to reply to you and for nothing else. You can ask for your note to be deleted at any time by emailing the same address.
Analytics
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and roughly where they are. IP addresses are anonymized in Google Analytics. Clarity records anonymized interaction data such as scrolling and clicks; form fields are masked. If you decline, no analytics scripts load. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Cookies
The site sets one item in your browser's local storage to remember your analytics choice. Analytics tools set their own cookies only if you consent.
Third parties
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The site is hosted on a static hosting provider. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.
